The Roy Brooks plan designed for flexibility. The basic plan is laid out between two generous porches. The two bedrooms each have acces to the back porch with the bathroom is  placed between the two. The bathroom is divided by a pociet door to allow use of the sink. The open plan is illuminated by large windows in the gables and dormers overhead. A staircase can be added leading up to a spacious loft or a full second story with a second full bath. The dormer is easily adapted into a private balcony -- an classic touch to a master suite.
